Existing chatbot review and refactoring

If your bot gives unreliable answers, mishandles tool calls or loses conversation state, I investigate the actual failure and work on the integration or runtime. Targeted checks help verify the behavior before rollout.

Yes. I can integrate AI features into an existing Laravel, PHP, Node.js or TypeScript system. We first define the business task, data access, API boundaries and acceptance criteria.

Can the chatbot use our own documents and data?

Yes, using suitable knowledge ingestion and retrieval. The quality depends on the sources and the task, so we evaluate the answers with representative questions and define how to handle missing or conflicting information.

My development rate is $30 USD per hour. The total depends on data preparation, interfaces, integrations and verification. We agree on a scope and budget first; model usage, hosting and third-party licenses are separate costs clarified in the offer.
